Established in February of 2015, O’Flaherty Services Inc. is a family owned Heating and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Company that provides quality work at a fair price for both Residential and Commercial customers in the Greater Omaha Metro and surrounding areas. Owner Steve O’Flaherty has been in the HVAC and Refrigeration business for over 20 years and has been lucky enough to learn a thing or two over those years. Steve stared his HVAC company back in 2015. Since then Steve has grown his company with additional technicians and service staff to meet the demands of work intake.

Steve joined forces with AB Refrigeration Inc. in March of 2016, as a consultant for AB’s HVAC needs. He grew the HVAC side to AB Refrigeration Inc. and added on more commercial and residential customers. Shortly after coming in as a consultant for AB, Steve was able to purchase AB Refrigeration Inc. in March of 2018. Steve took over all the aspects of the HVAC and the refrigeration businesses and built a growing profitable company. He hired on more Journeyman technicians from the Steamfitters and Plumbers Local 464, as well as a few office personnel to keep up with the growing demand of his great customers.

Recently in January 2022, Steve O’Flaherty was able to expand yet again. D & H Services Inc. was purchased by Steve and added to his ever growing resume for business. This bought on a huge upscale to his Residential HVAC side of the business, as well as adding on even more staff and technicians. Former owner Dave Hodges joined the O’Flaherty Services Inc. team as the new Operations Manager. Steve also hired on two of D & H Services Inc.’s highly skilled technicians who are familiar with the customer base to make the business buy out smoother for customers.

With having a highly skilled team put together for Commercial and Residential HVAC and Refrigeration we are able to perform work for any of remodel, new construction projects or every day Preventive Maintenance and service break down needs. We are able to provide bids and quotes for customers of any size of work. With A.B. Refrigeration Inc. and D & H Services Inc. came trusted names in the refrigeration and HVAC businesses. Steve and his staff take great pride in making sure to uphold those names and get it done right the first time while giving customers peace of mind they are going to achieve the outcome they have came to know and trust throughout the years.
